Is your yoga a daily practice, ongoing for years? Perhaps you’ve only begun to explore yoga – or perhaps you’ve wished you had the time, but have never been on a yoga mat! No matter what yoga you practice, how long you’ve been practicing, or if this is a brand new experience, this Mindfulness Yoga & Meditation Retreat is for you.

Join our Kripalu-trained yogi, Kathleen Maroney-Hesser, from July 13-19, 2020 for a joyful week of mindfulness yoga and meditation, and so much more to nourish your mind, body and spirit in serene Maine. Reduce the effects of stress, enhance strength and flexibility and consider yoga as a way of being, not just doing. Yoga classes will be offered two to three times daily and meditation at least once a day. You will experience the magnificent pleasures of yoga while enjoying organic homegrown vegetables, fresh dairy from our cows, and local Maine beverages. Additionally, the retreat will take day trips to famous herbal gardens, artist studios, and quintessential Maine beaches.
