Boothbay Harbor–whale watching, sport fishing, sea-kayaking and sailing. 1.5 hours drive
Freeport, Maine–home to over 170 upscale outlets, eclectic boutiques, and the world famous L.L. Bean Outlet in addition to other outdoor adventure stores. 1 hour drive
Monhegan Island–a remote summer haven for artists and visitors. Just one square mile in area offers nearly 17 miles of trails leading to rocky ledges and some of the highest ocean cliffs on the Maine coastline. 45 minute drive/1 hour ferry ride
Pemaquid Point Lighthouse–built in 1835 and overlooking dramatic streaks of granite reaching down into the sea; noted as the most photographed spot in Maine. 40 minutes drive
Camden–the most popular port town in Midcoast, Maine. Quaint shops and galleries, cozy cafes and restaurants, a breathtaking view of the picturesque harbor from Mt. Battie in Camden Hills State Park. 30 minutes drive.
